Well they're voting and debating on the Bankruptcy bill, but they voted down the Durbin Amendment to it.

Oh, what exactly were they voting 'Nay' to?
To protect servicemembers and veterans from means testing in bankruptcy, to disallow certain claims by lenders charging usurious interest rates to servicemembers, and to allow servicemembers to exempt property based on the law of the State of their premilitary residence.
Thanks for fighting in Iraq boys & girls, we're not taking care of your families here at home! In fact most of the Senate Republicans are openly sticking it right to them!
